The bases for pizzas are obtained from the processing of a dough with simple and few ingredients: re-milled durum wheat semolina, potato starch, soy lecithin, extra virgin olive oil, salt, brewer’s yeast, water. Contains gluten, soy.

Simple pizza to prepare and season with a limited number of spices only by imagination.

The shape is round, handcrafted and of high quality to meet the corporate standards of excellence. Produced in an ATM environment and packaged according to the law

Available in two different formats:

  • Small 125gr.
  • Big 250gr.

It can be stored in a normal domestic refrigerator from 0 ° C to + 4 ° C or even frozen at -20 ° C ensuring long-term storage for up to 12 months.

Preparation method:

Remove the product from the package and let it defrost for 10 min. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 ° C – 320 ° C depending on the type of oven. Place the product on a baking sheet until the crust becomes crispy and golden. Use a convection oven or a pizza oven.
