Today, carving the “DOP” brand, the “Pane di Altamura”, produced by Novoforno, a healthy and balanced food with unique nutritional characteristics, because it is derived from excellent hard grains, obtained in an environment with specific geographic-environmental factors, from which the territory of the north-western Murgia is characterized by the use of drinking water normally used in the territory.
